Eat Mindfully

I'm not very good at this one! But being present in the moment when you eat or drink, and really savoring the flavors and textures of your food has numerous benefits. Yes, it is healthier to eat more slowly, but most importantly - it is a source of pleasure. How lucky we are to have such variety of foods and flavors to enjoy, and the taste and smell senses to enjoy them. I haven't had Covid, but I have read about the very upsetting symptom of losing ones taste and smell. Let's use this as a reminder to treasure them more.
