However, a good laugh on a regular basis also has emotional benefits, relieving stress, connecting us with others, and putting things in perspective.
Find the people, entertainment, books, or social media feeds that make you laugh and "bookmark" them. I keep the book "When Parents Text" to hand for on demand giggles - it is a bit out of date but perhaps so am I!
