Loud Music

Listen to some music you love and that makes you feel happy. If it makes you want to get up and move all the better. I haven't (yet) researched the reasons why music connects with us so deeply and stirs emotions, but I know from experience that it can make you smile, bring you into the present, and center your attention in the body (get you out of your head).
