When our minds are racing we feel overwhelmed and sometimes frantic at all we are responsible for. Meditation works to slow things down. Just a 5 minute technique can significantly lower your stress level and improve focus. Simply sitting up straight, putting your hands on your knees, closing your eyes and taking deep breaths will calm your mind and slow down the chatter. Be kind to your mind, be kind to your soul and fill your body with the deep breaths of meditation and feel the tension melt away.
