Picture of Joy

A really fun and uplifting thing to do is to find a friend (or friends!) with whom you agree to share photos of things that bring you joy. Commit to sharing one picture a day, or if that is too much, one picture a week. Not only will this shift your mindset to being on the look out for joyful inspiration, but it will fill your "inbox" with joy, and leave you with a library of sources of joy to look back on.
