Prioritize Sleep

We all know how important sleep is.  It supports mood, immunity, blood sugar balance, healing. There are lots of reports and articles about it (such as this: ), but even from personal experience we know how much easier it is to deal with life after a great night's rest. But often the necessary steps to help ensure a good night of sleep are forgotten or ignored or deprioritized to other things.

Today I encourage you to do the things that you know will help you sleep. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, turn off screens at least an hour before you go to bed, sleep in complete darkness, with no technology nearby, in a cool room. I know you know this. How about committing to doing something about it?
